Abstract:Theefectsof tackifierdosageonthethermalconductivity,hardness,shearstrength,tensile properties,and high-temperature mass retentionrate of high thermalconductivity cementing materials for geothermal wels were investigated.The resultsshowed that with thegradual increaseof tackifierdosage,thethermal conductivityof the high thermal conductivitycementing material for geothermal wels first increasedand then decreased,reaching the maximumvalue when the tackifier dosage was 0.4% ;thetensile strength of the material first increased and then decreased,with the maximum tensile strength achieved at a tackifier dosage of 0.6% ;the shear strength of the material firstincreased and then tended to be stable,peaking at a tackifier dosage of 0.4% ;the Shore A hardness of the material first increased and then decreased,hitting the maximum value when the tackifier dosage was 0.6% . At 500 C (20 and above,atthe same temperature,the mass retentionrates of the high thrmal conductivitycementing materials for geothermal wells with tackifier dosages of 0.4% and 1.0% were both lower than that of the sample with 0% tackifier dosage,and the higher the tackifier dosage,the lower the mass retention rate of the material.
