王坪矿5104巷道补强支护设计及技术创新应用

Abstract:Toaddress the issues of obvious roof pressure manifestation,roof subsidence,and fractured roof fragments incertain sectionsof the5104 roadway in Panel30lof Wangping Coal Mine whencrossng faults,technical measures forroadwayreinforcement support were formulated.Field observations showed that after implementing reinforcement support for therof,two ribs,and special locations,the relativeconvergence of therof andfloor and the convergence of the two ribsof the roadway werebasicallstabilized at around73.5 mm and24.7mmrespectively,with significant decreases;both the roadway convergence rate and rib convergencerate were reduced remarkably,the phenomenon of surounding rock fragmentation was alleviated,the ability to maintain theroof was enhanced,and incidents such as roof collapse and coal wallspalling were efectively curbed,thus ensuring safe production.

煤矿生产施工中经常会遇到断层、陷落柱、褶曲等复杂地质构造带,这些情况下,矿压异常,巷道失稳,原有支护损坏甚至失效,极有可能会发生惨痛事故因此有必要对支护进行合理有效的加强[1-2]
