市政给排水管道渗漏粘接修复材料制备与应用性能研究

Abstract:Aiming at the leakage diseases of reinforced concrete pipelines for municipal water supply and drainage, a repair material with rapid hardening,high strength,excelent bonding performanceand gooddurability was developed.In this study,magnesium phosphate cement (MPC)was used as the base material,and raw materials such as dead-burned magnesium oxide and composite phosphate wereoptimized.The optimal mix ratio was determined by systematicall adjusting keypreparation parameters including aggregate-binder ratio,magnesium-phosphorus ratio, borax contentand water-binder ratio.Results:The prepared MPC-based repair material exhibited thecharacteristics of high earlystrength and short curing time,and its flexural strength,compressive strengthand flexural bonding strength were significantly superior to those ofconventional cement-based materials.This research successfully prepared a high-performance MPC -based adhesive repair material with excelent comprehensive properties,which can met the engineering requirementsof rapid,eficientanddurablerepairof municipal water suplyand drainage pipelines,and has broad prospects for popularization and application.
