地铁装配车站空间连接件防腐涂层新技术研究

Abstract:To address the por anti-corrosion performance of spatial connectors in assembled metro stations ,epoxy resin E51 was used as the film-forming material,cuprous oxide ( Cu2O )and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)as flame retardants,and graphene(Gr),hydrotalcite(HT),and nano-silicon dioxide( SiO2 )as anti-corrosion fillers to prepare three types ofEPcomposite coatings with anti-corrosion properties for theconnectors’anti-corrosion protection.The three coatings were 0.5% Gr-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating(by mass fraction), 1.0% HT-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating(by mass fraction),and 1.0% SiO2 - EPflame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating(by mass fraction).Performance tests were conducted on these three coatings,and their application effects were analyzed.The results showed that the addition of anti-corrosionfillrs could effectively improve the water resistance and corosion resistance of the EPflame-retardant composite coatings,among which the 1.0% SiO2-EP flame-retardant and anti-corrosion composite coating exhibited the best water and corrosion resistance.
