Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor solubility of traditional fluticasone propionate powder,a novel method for preparing fluticasone propionate powder dispersion using the supercritical CO2 anti-solvent process was proposed. First,the supercritical fluid processwasoptimized intheexperiment,and then the solubilityof the fluticasone propionate powder dispersion prepared by theoptimized process was investigated.The experimental results showed that when the ratio of solvent methanol to dichloromethane was 3:3 ,the dosage of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose was 30% ,the stirring speed was 800r/min ,the temperature was 45‰ ,and the pressure was 20MPa ,the prepared fluticasone propionate powder dispersion reached dissolution equilibrium rapidly in about 1O min,with a cumulative dissolution rate as high as 82%. It exhibited excellent dissolution effect and good dispersibility.
