聚乳酸纤维复合手术线抗菌改性工艺及在脊柱微创中的应用

Abstract:To improve the annulus fibrosus suture efect under spinal endoscopyand enhance the antibacterial propertiesof surgical sutures,polyglycolic acid and polycaprolactone were used as drug carier materials,and levofloxacin hydrochloride as theantibacterialagent to prepare a coated polylacticacidabsorbable suture material.Process conditions wereoptimized,and theclinicalapplication effect of the material was investigated.Theresultsshowed thattheadditionof antibacterial drugs ledtoadecrease inthe mechanical properties of the absorbable suture material,whilethecumulative drug release rateof the material increasedwith the increase in drug dosage.When the content of polyglycolic acid in the carrier was 50% ,the drug release performance of the absorbable suture material was optimal,with the cumulative drug release rate reaching 53.8% at336h.In this experiment,the coated absorbable suture material was preferably prepared with a levofloxacin hydrochloride dosage of 1.6g and a polyglycolic acid content of 50% .This material exhibited certain antibacterial properties and demonstrated efects in clinical applications such as reducing patients’low back pain,increasing their lumbar JOA scores,and lowering the incidence of complications.
