Abstract: A viscosity-increasing polymer ZNJ was developed. which can resist temperatures up to 150‰ and calcium up to 30% .The study found that its compounding with surfactants can further improve the temperature resistance effect.After adding the composite to the well completion fluid system containing 30% (20 CaCl2 and aging at 180qC for (204号 16h . the apparent viscosity(AV) can reach 34mPa⋅s. the yield point(YP)can reach 10Pa . and the dynamic plasticratio can reach O.43.with simple method and remarkable effect.The analysis suggests that the supramolecularinteraction between the viscosity-increasing polymerand thesurfactant plays apositiveroleinmaintaining the viscosity of the compositesystemunder high temperature.high salinityand high calcium conditions.The study shows that the composite viscosity-increasing and shear-improving agent has strong temperature and salt resistance.which providesaresearch basis and innovative idea for thepreparation of solid-free driling and completion fluids with high rock-carrying capacity.
