Abstract:Byintegrating biomolecules(suchas DNAandproteins)at high densityonthesurface of solid-phase media through microelectronic and micromachining technologies,high-throughput,rapid and accurate diagnosis of diseases has beenachieved.The analysis of the application progressof biochip technology in diagnosis can promote the development of precision medicine,improve diagnostic eficiency and accuracy,facilitate new drug researchand development,optimize the allocation of medical resources,and ultimatelyrealize thevisionof“precisionmedicine". This paper systematically reviews the principles of biochip technology and itsapplication progressin the field of medical diagnosis,and focuses on discussing the technical characteristics and application value of major types of biochip technologies includinggenechiptechnology,proteinchiptechnology,cellchiptechnology,tissuechiptechnology and glycochip technology,providing a reference for the development of biochip technology in the medical field.
