环氧结构胶存储稳定性对汽车用胶质量影响研究

Abstract:This studysystematically investigated the effects of time,temperature,humidity,typesof epoxyresin,and curing systems on the rotational viscosityand pressure-flow viscosityof structural adhesives.The results showed that withtheextensionofstorage time,increaseintemperature,orriseinhumidity,therotationalviscosityofthestructuraladhesive increasedsignificantly,whilethepressure-flowviscositydecreased,leadingtothedeteriorationofconstruction performance.Among these factors,temperature had the most prominent impact;theviscosityrose sharply when stored at temperatures above 409C. In terms of formula optimization,increasing the proportion of E51 epoxy resin helped reduce the system viscosity and improve fluidity;incontrast,L-type curing agent had lower reactivity than Y-type curing agent,which was more conducive to extending the storage period. Additionally,the use of PN50 accelerator also favored the prolongation of thestorage period.Overall,to ensure the storage stabilityof epoxy structural adhesives,itis recommended that under thepremiseof meeting mechanical andcuring performancerequirements,E51 resin and L-type curing agent should be prioritized,the storage environment shouldbe controlled under low-temperature and low-humidity conditions,and the storage period should bereasonablyset,soas to achieve the balanced optimization of construction performance,mechanical properties,and storage life.
