BRBs屈曲约束支撑连接节点及施工优化技术研究

Abstract:Buckling-restrained braces (BRBs)are eficient energy-dissipating and seismic mitigation components, and the design of their connection nodes and construction quality directly afect the seismic performance of buildings.Based on the urban central archive project in aregionwith 8-degreeseismic fortification intensity,this paper carriedout nodeselection,stressanalysisand structuraloptimizationdesignfortheneedsofstructural weakparts in accordance with the principleof“strong nodes and weak members”,and verified thedesign via finiteelement analysis.Technologiessuch as BIM detailing and 3D scanning positioning,modular installation,and welding((bonding) control were proposed,realizing high-precisionassemblyof 56 setsof BRBswitha weld qualificationrateof 99.5% .This approach improves seismic performance and construction efficiency,and can provide a reference for similar projects.
