Abstract：To investigatethe application efectof deepgold ore resource grade-upand reserve-increase technology in the Hongqigou-Shenshuitan mining area，this studyfirst clarified the spatial distribution and extension of ore bodies through geological mapping，geophysical exploration，and dep-hole driling，and then optimized theexploration and mining schemes by means of3D geological modeling technology.The results show thatdeep driling and peripheral reserve-increase work have significantly improved the resource reserves and ore body control degree of the mining area，with the newly added gold resource amount reaching 12O tons，accounting for 25% of the total reserves of the mining area.The study also analyzed the advantages and disadvantagesof the grade-upand reserve-increase technology and put forward suggestions for future exploration work.
