PSO改进算法水凝胶机器人在无人超市运输路径中的应用

Abstract:To further improve theeficiency of robots in transportation pathswithinunmanned supermarkets,this study proposes using hydrogel to enhance the adhesion efect between robot wheels and shelves,optimizing the weight toa linear inertial weight,and improving the expression of the acceleration factorto address issues such as premature fiting of the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm.The experimental results show that attaching hydrogel to the bottom of robot wheelscan efectively improve the robots’adhesion performanceon shelves,and the ambient temperature of the unmanned supermarket should be controlled at 24‰ to ensure the hydrogel achieves optimal adhesion strength.The elongation at break shows a trend of increasing firstand then decreasing.When the peroxidase content is 3.0% ,the hydrogel reaches the maximum elongation at break of up to 320% ,which is 52.38% , 14.28% ,and 18.52% higher than that at contents of 1.0% , 2.0% ,and 4.0% ,respectively.When the number of iterations is 1OO,the transportation path distance of the improved PSO algorithm is 950m . The transportation path optimized by the improved PSO algorithm is P-C-F-G-A ,with the shortest path length of 5OO m,and it can effectivelyavoid collisions betweenrobots and shelves.Therefore,applying hydrogel to the robot wheel substrateand combinig it with the improved PSO algorithm to optimize transportation paths in unmanned supermarkets can enhance the efficiency of robot path transportation.
