Visual intelligent verification method of substation measurement and control anti-misoperation locking logic

Abstract:The anti-misoperation locking logic of substation measurement and control is afected by thecomplex and changeable environment on site,which willead to the diffcultyand lowaccuracyof anti-misoperation locking logic verification.This paper proposes a visual intelligentverification method for anti-misoperation locking logic of substation measurement and control.Firstly,diferent types of substation measurement and control anti-misoperationlocking logic standards areanalyzed.Then,a wide-area modeloflogiccoding for multiplelogicsisconstructed according tothelogicstandards.Finally,themodel isused totransformthelogiccoding format,andthe linearregressionequationof intelligent verification is established.Combined with the data visualization process,the anti-misoperation locking logic verification is realized.The experimental results show thatthefalse locking rate of the substation measurement and control anti-misoperation locking logic is 1% ~6 % ,and the fluctuation is small. The PR curve has excelent balance point and high calibration accuracy,which can meet the operation and maintenance management requirements of substation measurement and control work.
