Abstract:Carbon steel priles willdeposit onthe metal surfaceduring long-termuse,andtheyneed tobecleaned regularlywith pickling solution.Corrosion inhibitors areusuallyadded to inhibit thecorrosion the pickling solutionto the pipeline.In this paper,the effcts polyasparticacid(PASP),sodium gluconate(SG),benzotriazole (BTA)and their ternary compound systems on thecorrosion carbon steel in hydrochloric acid medium were tested by static weightloss method,and theefects massconcentration,temperatureand timeonthe performance composite corosion inhibitors were further explored.The results show thatthecorrosion inhibition efect PASP, SG andBTA alone is not ideal,and the performance is improved after compounding in a certain proportion. The best formula is cPASP:cSG:cBTA=12.5:5:1 The corrosion inhibition rate is the highest at c complex=300 mg/L, T= (204号 , t=12h ,reaching 95.12% ,which is higher than that single component 61.8% (PASP),30.24 % (SG) and 51.24% (BTA).The analysis corrosion inhibition mechanism shows that the three single components are combined with the metal surface byphysical adsorption,while thecompositecorosion inhibitoris acombination chemical adsorption and physical adsorption.
