Research and practice of comprehensive gas control technology for closely spaced coal seam groups

Abstract:Inclose range coal seam mining,technical botlenecks such as lowcoal seam permeabilityand slow effectivenessare caused by negative pressure gas extraction. Taking Xinjiyi Mine as the background,this paper explores the effect of injecting N2-O 12 mixed gas to drive and enhance gas extraction. Among them,by constructing a THM(thermal fluid solid)coupling model and then using COMSOL software to simulate the effects of gas injection pressure,initial coal seam temperature,and permeabilityon the extraction eficiency.The results showed that the increase in injection pressure significantly accelerated the decrease in CH l4 pressure and increased cumulative production;Although the initial temperature riseofcoal seams can reduce gas pressre,it will inhibit cumulative production;Anincrease in theinitial permeabilityofcoal seams cansignificantly improve the efficiencyof gas extraction.Throughthis study,itcan provide engineering application reference value for gas control in close range coal seam groups.
