Research on green construction and material cost control of building curtain wall based on BIM technology

Abstract：Inorder to explore the application effct of BIM technology in green construction and costcontrol of building curtain wall，this paper takes a curtain wall green construction project as an example，and uses BIM technology to construct a whole process cost control system covering design，construction，acceptance and operation and maintenance.In the design stage，through thesimulationand optimizationof energy consumptionand structure，the glassthicknessof thecurtain wallandthe parametersof the hollowlayerare finelyadjusted，so thatthe deviationbetwen the annual air conditioning energy consumption prediction and the actual measurement is not more than 5% ： In the construction planning，4D simulation and schedule-cost linkage warning are used，and the construction period is compressed from 9O days to 80 days，and the comprehensive cost is saved by 6% . The rework rate and accident rate are reduced by 28% and 70% respectively by using multi-professional collision detection and mobile inspection.The material and logistics linksare distributed through RFIDand JIT.The on-site inventory area is reduced from 200m2 to 90m2 ，and the cost of capital occupation is saved by about 20% . In the stage of completion acceptance and operation and maintenance，the deviation of green incremental cost is controlled within ，the maintenance cost is reduced by 25% ，and the life of curtain wall system isprolonged by 10% . Insummary，the integrated application of BIMtechnologycan notonly significantly improve the construction eficiencyand costcontrol accuracy，but also provide reliable technical support for the realization of green building goals.
