Research on risk assessment of offshore oil project based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process

Abstract:In view of the systematic deficiency and subjectivity in therisk assessmentof ofshore oil engineering projects,which leads to the inconsistency between theassessment resultsand theactual situation,therisk assessment model and application research of ofshore oil engineering projects based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process arecarriedout.Byconstructing afour-level index system including technology,management,environment and emergency response capability,the index weight is calculated by combining the interval number judgment matrix,and the risk level is quantified byusing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through comparative experiments, it is provedthat the new evaluation methodcanconsider allkinds ofrisk factors more comprehensively,and has significantadvantages inevaluationaccuracyand interpretability,especiallyforrisk assessmentofpetroleumengineering projects in complex marine environment.
