Abstract:Asacore functional material inthe fieldof industrial water treatment,scale inhibitors playa keyrole in ensuring theheat transfer eficiencyandoperation stabilityofequipmentby inhibiting the crystallzationand depositionof inorganicsaltsandregulating the dispersion of microcrystaline.This studysystematically expounds the chemical definition,interface mechanismand scientific clasificationsystemof scale inhibitors from the perspective of material science,and focuses on its innovative application practice in industrial circulating coling water system, boiler water treatment and other scenarios.Through the evolutionanalysis of the developmentcontext of scale nhibitors,thestatic scale inhibitionrate test and dynamic simulationexperiment method areused toreveal the performance optimization path from the two dimensions of molecular structure design and compound synergistic effect. Based on the principle of green chemistryand intellgent monitoring technology,the development trend of new scale inhibition system is discussed.
