Preparation performance study a modified adsorbent for waste gas treatment

Abstract:Aiming at the problems low treatment eficiency,high energy consumption complex equipment in traditional waste gas treatment,a VOCs waste gas adsorbent was proposed its adsorption efect was analyzed. The results showed that when the amount multi-walled carbon nanotubes was 60 % ,the equilibrium adsorption capacity the adsorbent to VOCs molecules reached 47 mg/g under the conditions adsorption temperature 30Y (204号 gas flowrate 8O mL/min,showing good adsorption efect.After repeated experiments,the equilibrium adsorption capacity theadsorbent for VOCs molecules decreased,but the downward trend was small,showing good repeated regeneration performance.It is concluded that the adsorption VOCs molecules by the adsorbent is more in line with the quasi-second-order model, the adsorption process is physical adsorption.
