Research on engineering geological characteristics analysis and suitability evaluation along Jinba Expressway

Abstract：This paper analyzes the enginering geological characteristics along the Jinba Expressway and evaluates itssuitability.Thestudycovers geographical，meteorological，hydrogeologicalandregional geological conditions. According to the suitability evaluation，the areas along the line are divided into high，medium and low suitability grades，and coresponding design suggestions are put forward.The results show that the high suitability area can be directly constructed，themedium suitability area needs to reinforce the foundation，and the low suitability area needs to take measures such as replacement，reinforcement and drainage treatment to ensure the stabilityand safety of the project.This study provides technical support forthe design of Jinba Expressway.
