Modification of concrete anti-cracking materials in water conservancy projects and optimization of construction application technology

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poorlow temperature crack resistance of traditional hydraulic asphalt concrete, amethodof modifying hydraulicconcrete with rubber powder is proposed.Firstly,theratioof rubber powder modified hydraulicconcreteisoptimized,andthenitslowtemperature crackresistanceisanalyzed.Finalysomesuggestionsareput forward foritsconstruction application.Theresults showthat thefracture energyofrubberpowder modified hydraulic concrete at 0‰ is about 2 832 J/m2 when the dosage of rubber powder modified asphalt is 7% and the dosage of fly ash is 12% . When the temperature drops to ,the flexural strength of modified asphalt hydraulic concrete is 3.3 MPa,and the flexural modulus is about 562 MPa.The freezing temperature is -45 C ,and the freezing stress is 4.84MPa ,which meets the requirements of water conservancy project construction in northern cold regions ( <-37∘C )
