Research on the optimization of modified asphalt ratio and construction technology improvement for highway repair

Abstract: In orderto improve the durability and environmental protection of asphalt materials for highway repair, this experimentuses SK-9O matrix asphalt as the matrix,adding recycled rubber particles,desulfurization manganese slag and other materials to prepare an asphalt mixture,and optimizes the asphalt ratio.At the same time,the whole processconstruction technology of production,transportation,paving,compaction and quality inspectionof the prepared asphalt mixture is discussed. The results show that when the oil-stone ratio is 4.8% and the amount of recycled rubberparticlesis 14% ,thecomprehensive performance of the asphalt mixture is better.At this time,the Marshall stability of the material is 8.36kN ,and the flying loss is 7.86% ,which can meet the detection requirements of construction quality.In summary,this asphalt mixture has the advantages of stability and anti-losening, and uses waste rubber and industrial waste residue,which has good environmental benefits and can provide reference for the development of asphaltmaterials forhighway repair.
