Abstract:The anti-icing composite material was used to carry out coating teston abridge section of S21 highway sectionin Junggar Basin.Basedon the process ofcompounding-preliminary mixing-high dispersion treatment-coating operation-coating filling-natural airdrying,thepurpose ofeficient constructionof anti-icing coating was achieved.After the construction,theroad performance test was cariedoutin the testsection.Theresults showthat the static frictioncoefficientoftheuncoatedanti-icing pavementis 67.1,andthefrictioncoeffcientof thecoatedanti-icing coating pavement is58.2,indicating that theanti-icingcoating willreduce the static frictioncoefficientof the pavement.Theuncoated and coated data were O.89 andO.78,respectively,indicatingthatthe roughness of the road surface decreased aftercoating,thereby reducing the friction coefficientof the road surface.The water permeability coefficientof the road surface after coating is greatlyreduced,from86 mL/min to 30mL/min.After the snowfall in winter,there was noobvious snow coveronthe coatedanti-icing coating pavement compared withthe uncoated pavement.The friction coefficientof the pavementdecreased from 58.OO insummerto 55.68,with adecreaseof only 4% ,which may be caused by the water in the road area,but all meet the design requirements.
