National highway pipeline reconstruction design and pipeline sealing connection construction technology optimization

Abstract:Inorder toimprove the scientificityof pipeline designandthereliabilityofconstructionin themunicipal transformationof national highway,this papertakesthe municipal transformation projectof Jimei sectionofold 324 national highway in Xiamen as an example to systematicall analyze the key problemsand solutions in pipeline designandconstruction.Inthis renovation project,the rainwater and sewage pipeline isadjusted from twosides to one side by optimizing the layout of the pipe position,and three pipe positions are saved by using the combined cable pipe arrangement.Aimingat the problem of pipeline relocation,after comparison and selection,the proposed scheme 1 preferentially uses the current road shoulder to carryout pipeline relocation.Although it needs to bear the load of motor vehicle lane,it can avoid the second relocation.The comprehensive cost is about 15% lower than that of scheme2,and theconstruction period is lessaffected bythedemolition,andtheeconomyandfeasibilityare better.In terms of anti-leakage technology,this paper focuses onthe analysis ofthree major causesof pipeline leakage, and proposes targeted solutions :strict quality control and inspection of pipe materials,standardized pipeline connection process parameters,and diffrentiated foundation treatment.These measures can efectively improve the anti-leakage ability of the pipeline and ensure the construction quality and engineering safety.

随着厦门市岛外路网逐渐完善,集美区境内新324国道建设接近尾声,成为地区之间的联系通道,承担大部分的过境车流,旧324国道功能定位将调整为片区内部服务性主干道,兼具部分过境交通服务功能,为更好地服务片区,市政化改造迫在眉睫。(剩余5519字)
