砂基透水混凝土路面砖胶的改性及耐温性能研究

Study on modification and temperature resistance ofbrick adhesive for sand-based pervious concrete pavement

Abstract:The adhesion of pavement bricks afects theactual useof the whole road,so the temperature resistance of sand-based permeable concrete pavement brick glue is studied.The epoxy resin and polyurethane commonly used in pavement bricks were selected as base adhesives,and silicone and carbon nanotubes were used as modifiers.The contents of the two modifierswere 0% , 5% , 10% , 20% , 40% and 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2% ,respectively. Thethermal weightloss,thermalstability,and mechanicalpropertiesofthetwo adhesives prepared bythetwo modifiers were verified. The results showed that the thermal weight loss of 40% silicone modified epoxy resin was lower than that of 40% silicone modified polyurethane,and the thermal stability of modified epoxy resin was higher.The epoxy resin modified by 1% carbon nanotubes has better mechanical properties,but the polyurethane modified by 1% carbon nanotubes has better thermal stability. On the whole,the epoxy resin modified by 1% carbon nanotubes has better temperature resistance and is more suitable for bonding sand-based permeable concrete pavement bricks.
