Design and implementation of automatic quantitative coating systembasedonPLC

Abstract:Aiming at the demand of high precision and automatic coating process in automobile,new energy,3C electronics and other industries,aquantitativecoating systembasedon programmable logic controllr(PLC))is designed and developed.The system consists of a quantitative coating machine and a quantitative coating control system.The mechanical part adopts a precision measuring mechanism of roller screw driven by servo motor,which integrates pressure sensing,temperature control and position detection units. Based on PLC,the quantitative coating control systemrealizes thecoordinated managementof servo motioncontrol,temperature control,multi-sensorcommunication and human-computer interaction.A gluecontrol algorithm based onreal-time feedback of robot speed is proposed to realize the adaptive matching of glueflow and trajectory speed.An experimental platform including a six-axis robot was built,and the gluecoating experimentsof diamond,Z-shaped,S-shaped and other trajectories were carried out.The results show that the system has stable glue output and uniform glue shape,which can ffectively support the automatic glue coating operation of complex trajectories and has good engineering application prospects.
