Analysis of technical points for installation and debugging of electrical equipment in thermal power plant

Abstract：The instalation qualityandoperationstabilityof electrical equipment inthermal power plants are directlyrelated to power generationffciencyand grid safety.Inorder to ensure the installtion qualityand operational stability of electrical equipment in thermal power plants，and improve thepower generation effciencyand safetyof thermal power plants.Thispaper systematicallyanalyzes the key preparatory work before the installationof electrical equipment，including the strict selection and quality inspection of equpmentmaterials，the scientific planning ofconstructionsites，and theprofessionaland technical trainingof instalers.Atthelevelof installationtechnical points，the installation technical detailsof power generation equipment，transformers，highand lowvoltage distribution equipment are described in detail.At the same time，the specificoperation processand technical requirements of monomer debugging，subsystem debugging and wholesetof startup debugging are deeply analyzed，and the ffective strategyofinstalltionanddebugging isstudied.Bystandardizing theinstallationand debugging process，theinstallationanddebugging levelof electrical equipmentinthermal power plantscanbeeffctivelyimproved to ensure the safe and stable operation of thermal power plants.
