Research on the design and application of natural environmentally friendly adhesive materials based on cost management

Abstract：Adhesives are widelyused indailylife.Inorder toreduce the productioncostof adhesives，three kinds of adhesives were designed based on cost management requirements.The physical properties，water resistance，adhesive strength and heat resistance of soybean adhesive，peanut adhesive and cotonseed adhesive were compared and analyzed.The results showed thatthe soybean adhesive was milkywhite，the peanutadhesive was brown，andthe cottonseedadhesivewasbrownishyellow.The higherthepHvalueof theadhesive，thehighertheviscosityandthesmaller the solid content.The thermal decomposition temperatures of soybean adhesive，peanut adhesive and cottonseed adhesive were 310.1，304.9 and 254.1 ΔC ，respectively. The bonding strength of the three adhesives in the dry environmentis the largest，followedbythe warm water environment，and the bonding strength inthe boiling water environmentistesmallest.Thebonding strengthofthethree adhesives is higherthanO.7MPa，whichmeets therequirements ofthenationalclassIplywoodstrength standard.Inthewarm waterandboiling waterenvironment，thebonding strength ofthecottonseedadhesiveishigherthanthatoftheothertwoadhesives;afterthemodificationtreatment，thecontactangle ofthe modified adhesive increasedto varying degrees，and the surface energy decreased to varying degrees.

蛋白胶粘剂作为一种以动物和植物蛋白质为原料而反应制成的胶粘剂，主要包括植物蛋白胶粘剂和动物蛋白胶粘，如用豆胶制作的蛋白胶粘剂和用骨胶、血清蛋白等制作的胶粘剂等，这些蛋白胶粘剂在固化状态时具有较高的黏度强度，在家具制作、木制品生产和纸箱等领域有着广泛应用，但是由于蛋白胶粘剂固有物性，其在使用过程中会由于耐热性不足以及耐水性较差等问题影响其应用范围2-4]。（剩余5963字）
