Abstract:In the experiment, α,ω -dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane (commonly known as 1O7 rubber) was used as the basic material,calcium carbonate fillr was used for reinforcement,and various functional additives were aded todevelop a silicone sealant with fast vulcanization speedand highconstruction eficiency.During thetest,theeffects of filler,additive selection and construction environment on the vulcanization rate of sealant were analyzed. The results showed that the silicone sealant prepared according to the formula had excellent vulcanization performance at standard room temperature and wascompletely cured in24 hours when thereinforcing filer nano-calcium carbonate was 80phr ,the crossinking agent was 3.5phr and the catalyst was 0.2phr
