Study on the causes of cracking of HPL decorative panel for railway passenger cars

Abstract：Inthis paper，bysimulatingtheactualoperating environmentof thebus，thefailure analysis ofthesurface crackingof thedecorative panelissystematicallycarriedout.Firstof all，theperformanceofthefire-proof decorative panel itself，the performanceof the adhesive used forbonding and its matching degree were deeply explored.Secondly，the influence mechanism of presing process parameters，surface opening shapeand otherfactors on the performanceofdecorative panelwas further analyzedbytaking the staticbending strengthof decorative panelas the keyindex.Finaly，based on the above research results，the solutions to improve the cracking problem of the veneer were proposed from the aspects of optimizing the material properties of the vener，reasonably selecting the adhesive type and improving the production process.
