Research on application process optimization of rise-free grounding rod in 10kV high-altitude maintenance

Abstract:Although the power outage operation willbecarriedoutin the line before the startof the high-altitude maintenance work,the maintenance personnelare stillvulnerable tothe threatof residual charges inthe wire and equipment due tothe influenceofconductiveinertia,which leads tothedeteriorationof thesafetyof themaintenance work.Therefore,the application of the rise-free grounding rod in the 10kV high-altitude maintenance work is studied.The maintenance standards of typical transmission lines aredesigned from the aspects of tower appearance, towerstabilityand wire tension.The grounding path is established bycombining therise-free grounding rod,sothat theresidual chargeonthe line is introduced intotheground,and theconductive effectofthegrounding path is determined by calculating the grounding resistance.The test results show that when the proposed method is used to perform high-altitude maintenanceon the transmission line,theremaining chargeof thewire islow,and theoperation safety is ideal.
