Cosmetics quality detection based on liquid chromatography combined with technology

Abstract:Inviewof the long test timeof traditional methods intheinspectionofcosmetics,thedetectionsensitivity and accuracy cannot meet the target requirements,a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was constructed to detect cosmetics.Firstly,the sample pretreatmentconditions were optimized,and then the matrix effect and methodology ofthe target compounds were verified.Theresultsshowed that when the extraction solvent was acetonitrile,the ultrasonic time was 2O minutes,andthesample purification method was direct extraction and injection, therecoveryrateofthe targetcompound was the highest.Due tothe matrix effctof thetarget compound,the standard curve was prepared by using the matrix matching series mixed standard working solution to reduce the influence of the matrix on the test results.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the correlation R2 between the target analyte and the standard curve was more than O.99,the detection limit was less than 0.1μg/mL ,the recovery range was 92%~101% ,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 4% . It shows good precision and accuracy,and provides an important reference for the accurate detection of harmful compounds in cosmetics.
