Material preparation of visual sensor and its application in damage identification of key components of train

Abstract:Inorder to improve theaccuracy of material damage identification of keycomponents,a visual sensor was prepared by using zinc selenide and graphene.Based onthe sensor,a damage identification system for key components of railway locomotive was constructed.The results show that the visual sensor has obvious photoelectric response to light. The photocurrent is between 500~525 μ A when the light is turned on and off,and the response speed is1.2 × 106 A/W,which has high sensitivity and stability. The prepared visual sensor is used to identify the material damage of keycomponents,which has high recognition accuracy.The recognition accuracy and average accuracy are 97.36% and 95.28% ,respectively.
