Abstract:During the operation oftheoil-immersed transformer,due to the current conductionand magnetic field of itsinternalelectricalcomponents,significantheatwillcontinue tobegenerated.If theseheatcannotbedistrbuted intimeand effectively,thetemperature insidethe transformer willriserapidly,whichwillaffect itsperformance and service life.Optimizing its cooling controlcan makethe transformer achieve more stable operation efect.Therefore,anadaptive control optimization method foroil-immersed transformer cooling is designed.The infrared thermometer,current sensor and oil chromatogram analyzer are used to monitor the temperature,current and oil chromatogram data of oil-immersed transformer.The experimental results show thatthe design method has low average energy consumption and smallfluctuation range under standard load and ambient temperature. Under the peak load and high temperature environmenttest,the designmethod stillshows excellentcoolingcontrolabilityandlow overall energy consumption.
