Application of multi-beam technology in modern marine surveying and mapping and system algorithm analysis

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of current marine surveying and mapping system in terms of accuracy and functional integration,this paper carres out acase design study of multi-beam color acoustic wave surveying and mapping system,and explores the technical pathof multi-functional integrated marinetopographyandocean current featureacquisition.Basedonthe waterfall development model,the technicalframework of thecoordinatedoperationof the embedded dataacquisition unit and the ship-borne IDC data processing centeris constructed,and the performance of the system is verified bylaboratory simulation.Theresults show that the system canachieve sub-centimeter terrain resolution in the shalowsea area;however,inthe deep-sea complex environment,there are problems of signal attenuationand data fusion deviation,which affectthereliabilityofsurveying and mapping results.Therefore, the system is suitable for near-shore surveying and mapping tasks and has practical value for improving regional marine environment cognition.However,it is necessary to furtheroptimize theunderwater communication mechanism to meet the needs of ocean-going operations.
