Defect detection and diagnosis method of coal mine electromechanical equipment based on vibration signal

Abstract:The high failure rateof mechanicaland electrical equipment incoal mine affects thesafety productionof enterprises.Amethodof defectdetectionand diagnosis of mechanical and electrical equipment incoal mine based on vibrationsignal is proposed.In this method,the measured vibration signal is processedby ensemble empirical mode decomposition,and the efective IMF component is determined by correlation coefficient,kurtosis,mean square error and Euclidian distance.The IMF component is selected to construct the initial eigenvector matrix, and the singular value entropyiscalculated todetectand diagnose thedefects of the mine mechanicalandelectrical equipment.The proposed methodof equipmentdefectdetectionand diagnosis isapplied to the mechanicaland electrical equipment ofcoal mine,and compared with EMD singularvalue entropy method;the effctiveness of the proposed method is verified.EEMD singular value entropy defect detection and diagnosis methodcan clearly classify different types of faults,and has relatively high accuracy of defect detection and diagnosis.
