Different applications of adhesives with different properties in smartphone assembly

Abstract：This paper introduces the main adhesives used in the assembly process of smart phones，including the types and performance requirements of adhesives used in mobile phone motherboard，display module，back cover and middle frame，side key，HOME key，antenna and waterproof sealing.Adhesives for mobile phoneassemblyare clasified according tochemical types，including pressure-sensitive adhesive tape，epoxyadhesive，UV（Ultraviolet， Ultraviolet）adhesive，organic silica gel，hot melt adhesive，PUR（Polyurethane Reactive）hot melt adhesive，MS （Modified Silane）adhesiveand many other types.Accordingtothe functional clasification，inaddition toadhesive and sealant，italsoincludesoptical adhesive，thermal conductiveadhesive，conductiveadhesive，electromagnetic shielding adhesive，common coating and so on.

手机组装胶粘剂涉及各种化学类型的胶粘剂，包括压敏胶带、环氧胶、UV（Ultraviolet，紫外线）胶、有机硅胶、热熔胶、PUR（PolyUrethaneReactive，反应型聚氨酯）热熔胶、MS（ModifiedSilane，改性硅烷）胶等众多类型；从功能性上看，除了粘接、密封胶外，还包括光学胶、导热胶、导电胶、电磁屏蔽胶、共性覆膜涂料等。（剩余5666字）
