Discussion on Influencing Factors and Optimization Strategies of Food Testing Accuracy

Abstract: This paper focuses on the error of food microbial test results,deeply analyzes the factors that affect the accuracyof testresults,including testing personnel,instrumentsand equpment,sample collection and preservation,and testing environment,and proposes a series of quality controlcountermeasures such as strengthening personel training and management, instrument maintenance and calibration,scientific sampling and preservation, and environmentalcontrol, aiming to provide a reference for improving the accuracy offood microbial detection and ensuring food safety.
