Discussion on Influencing Factors and Optimization Strategies of Food Testing Accuracy

Abstract： This paper focuses on the error of food microbial test results，deeply analyzes the factors that affect the accuracyof testresults，including testing personnel，instrumentsand equpment，sample collection and preservation，and testing environment，and proposes a series of quality controlcountermeasures such as strengthening personel training and management， instrument maintenance and calibration，scientific sampling and preservation， and environmentalcontrol， aiming to provide a reference for improving the accuracy offood microbial detection and ensuring food safety.
