Innovative Paths and Development Directions of the Agricultural Product Quality Monitoring System under the Big Food Concept

Abstract： With the diversified food supply system， Chinese agricultural product quality monitoring is undergong atransformation from“safe”to“nutritive，developing and sustainable". Based on the concept of big food， this study systematically analyzes theexpanded objects，index dimensionsand practical challenges of agricultural product quality monitoring. Combined with the cutting-edge technologies and policy practices，it proposes the path for buildinganew monitoring system that covers the entire region，integrates multiple sources， provides comprehensive nutrition and features collaborative sharing.The beter system would provide technical support for national food security and high-quality agricultural development.
