Analysis and Prevention Strategies for Food Safety Risks of Campus Takeout in Universities

Abstract: Based on the circulation characteristics of takeout food on university campuses,this paper analyzes the safety risks it faces in the aspects of raw material procurement,processing and production,packaging and distribution,and merchant qualifications and supervision. By sorting out the risk sources,targeted prevention and control strategies with source management, process standardization, technology empowerment and institutional innovation as the core are proposed,aiming to build a multi-party collborative campus takeout food safety governance system,and provide theoretical reference for ensuring students’ food safety and optimizing campus management efficiency.
