Abstract： As an effctive means to ensure the quality and safety of perishable food，cold chain logistics runs through allaspectsoffood production，processing，transportation，andsales.Withtheimprovementof livingstandards and changes in consumption concepts，the public's atention to food quality and safety has increased，and the importance of cold chain logistics in the food industry has been further highlighted.This article focuses on the common food quality inspection and testing technologies in the cold chain logistics processsystematically sorts outits application points，andon this basis，looks forward to the future development trends ofrelated technologies， aiming to provide a reference for improving the quality and safety level of cold chain food.
