Analysis of Food Safety Risks and Prevention Countermeasures for the Elderly in Nursing Homes

Abstract: Analyze the potential risks in the food procurement, storage, procesing and emergency handling links of food safety management for the elderly in nursing homes,and propose targeted prevention and control countermeasures incombination with the characteristics of the elderly such as declining physical functions and low immunity. By optimizing supplier management, improving storage conditions,standardizing operation procedures and strengthening emergency response capacity building, a ful-chain food safety management system is constructed to provide practical guidance for enhancing the food safety management level of elderly care institutions..
