Application and Optimization Strategies of ChromatographyMass Spectrometry in Pesticide Residue Detection

Abstract: Pesticide residues may have serious impacts on human health,environmental protection and industrial development. This paper briefly summarizes the application overview of chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in pesticide residue detection,and analyzes the main problems existing in its application,including the low efciency of simultaneous extraction of multiple residues,the low sensitivity of low-concentration trace detection,andtheeasy occurrence offalse positive/falsenegativeresults,and proposes optimizationstrategies such as optimizing sample pretreatment methods,optimizing chromatographic separation conditions,strengthening personnel training,and implementingcoldchain transportationand storageofsamples,with theaimof improvingthe technical system of pesticide residue detection and enhancing the efficiency of food safety supervision.
