Research on Quality Management Strategies for Food Testing Laboratories

Abstract： With the continuous development of intelligent information production technology，testing technology and management concepts，people's attention to food safetyand quality is constantly improving，and food testing laboratories are facing many challnges. This paper analyzes the dilemma faced by food testing laboratories and explores the ways and means of laboratory quality management to improve the level of laboratory testing and ensure food quality and safety.
