Analysis of Factors and Control Measures for Nutrient Loss in theProductionProcessofPrefabricated Food

Abstract:With the rapid development of the prefabricated food industry,the problem of nutrient loss has increasingly drawn people's attention. Starting from the five key links of raw material procurement, production and processing,packaging,transportation and sales,this paper systematicallyanalyzed the main factors leading to nutrient lossof prefabricated food,and proposed corresponding control measures,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the nutritional level of prefabricated food.
