Countermeasures for Improving the Detection Rate of Food Safety Sampling Inspection Problems

Abstract: Improving the detection rate of problems in food supervision and sampling inspection is of great significanceforensuring food safetyandsafeguardingconsumers'rights and interests.This paper analyzes thecurrent situation of food supervision and sampling inspection,summarizes the importance of improving the discovery rate offood safety sampling inspection problems, and specifically proposes strategies to improve the discovery rate of food safety sampling inspection problems such as optimizing sampling methods,strengthening the construction of detectioncapabilities,enhancing information disclosure and public participation,aiming to provide references for relevant departments to formulate policies.Promote the improvement and perfection of food supervision and sampling inspection work.
