Research on the Challenges and Standardization Pathways for Quality Management in the Food Inspection and Testing Industry

Abstract: Based on the reality of uneven quality management levels in the food inspection and testing industry, a systematic study wasconductedoncore issues such as current technological adaptability,regulatory mechanisms, testing capabilities,and international colaboration.The structural challenges existing in qualitymanagement were expounded,and the standardized paths for the applicationof cuting-edge testing technologies,the construction of capabilitycertification systems,and cross-border collaboration mechanisms were introduced.By establishing a comprehensive standard system supported by technical specifications,qualityevaluation and personnel capabilities,it promote the systematization and internationalization processof quality management in the food inspection and testing industry.
