Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Sampling Inspection in the Catering Industry

Abstract: This paper analyzes the core role offood safety sampling inspection in the catering industry, covering dimensions such as hazard detection,behavior standardization,and decision-making support.Meanwhile,itexplores the existing problems in current sampling inspection practices,including limited coverage,lagging technology and equipment,and insufficient information disclosure. Targeted suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical references for improving the effciency of food safety supervision.
