Research on High-Quality Development of the Prepared Dishes Industry Under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract: Under the background ofnew quality productivity,the prepared dishes industry has developed rapidly, but it still faces manychallenges in termsoffood standards,nutritional ingredientsand food safety.Based on the curent development status of prepared dishes industry in China,this paper focuses on analyzing the current problems and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing and improving the standard system, improving production and processng technology,and implementing the Hazard Analysisand Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety management system in the production proces,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of China's prepared dishes industry.
