The Current Status of Capability Development in Grassroots Food Testing Institutions and Paths for Improvement

Abstract： Food safety is a key component of the national public governance system. Grasroots food testing institutions areatthe fundamental level of ensuring foodsafetychain，andtheir detectionleveldirectlyaffects the foresight and accuracyofrisk prevention.This paper takes China’s grassoots food testing institutions as the research goal， deeply analyzes the deepfactors affecting theircapacity building and thediffculties they face，and proposes a systematic improvement path，aiming to create aunified，efficient，professional and standardized food safety grassroots testing system.
